Memphis-based Education Realty Trust inks deal with Syracuse University

Syracuse University has selected Education Realty Trust Inc., to develop, own and manage new college housing on its campus, the company said today.

It’s the Memphis company’s second on-campus development at the New York university campus.

“Syracuse University has had a positive and rewarding relationship with Education Realty Trust since we began planning their first development on our campus,” said Louis G. Marcoccia, Syracuse University executive vice president and chief financial officer.
