Job Summary
The Academic Services Associate (ASA) position is responsible for serving online and campus students both inside and outside of the Canvas course. The ASA position assists with student questions regarding online and campus services, processes degree audits, assists with the registration process, and other advisor type duties as assigned.
This position is located in Troy, AL, and is not a remote or virtual work position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Computer knowledge
Communicates well (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an higher education environment
Knowledge of student advising
Canvas experience
